VAO Agency undertook this community management project for Ibis Paris Alésia Montparnasse to elevate the hotel’s brand image, aligning it with the Accor Group’s standards.

The main goals were to ensure a responsive and engaging online presence that caters to the hotel’s clientele—a primarily business-oriented audience visiting for professional seminars and work-related travel.

Situated in Paris’ 14th arrondissement, Ibis Paris Alésia Montparnasse is strategically located to serve a professional clientele seeking comfortable, reliable accommodations. In addition to this core offering, the hotel has a unique vision of enhancing guest experience through curated local events such as live concerts, art exhibitions, and artisan markets.

The challenge lay in communicating this added value and creating a digital presence that would both reflect the hotel’s brand ethos and provide proactive engagement with guests.

Approach

VAO Agency developed a comprehensive community management plan, focusing on several key areas :

  • Content Strategy and Editorial Line: A refreshed editorial line and communication style were established, consistent with the Accor brand but tailored to highlight the unique offerings at Ibis Paris Alésia Montparnasse.
  • Content Calendar and Graphic Standards: A detailed content calendar was created, guiding the timing and thematic focus of posts. A new visual identity was also developed, inspired by Accor’s branding guidelines to ensure cohesion and recognizability.
  • Photography and Content Creation: We conducted dedicated photoshoots to create high-quality visual content that would resonate with the hotel’s target audience, showcasing both the property and its unique events.
